This class is available for anyone that is curious about a yoga practice. We begin by noticing our breath and slowly working with it while adding movement. Some poses maybe a challenge for the beginner, but we work together to help you feel successful.

Vinyāsa has many meanings; nyasa denotes "to place" and vi denotes "in a special way". The term "Vinyāsa" can also be used to reference a style of yoga practiced as one breath, tied to one movement.
With this class we can slow down the practice.
Can be suited for the beginner but also a way for the advanced student to really check in on their movement.
